Integrity Dental provides cosmetic dentistry at our Baulkham Hills and Dural clinics, welcoming patients from Castle Hill and the wider Hills District. Our treatments include teeth whitening, Invisalign, inlays, crowns and porcelain veneers. The right option depends on your oral health, the change you would like to make and an individual dental assessment.

Teeth Whitening

In-Office Whitening

We offer professional in-office teeth whitening. Your dentist can discuss whether whitening suits your teeth, the treatment process and the result that may be achievable. Results vary between patients.

Take-Home Whitening

We offer custom-fitted trays for take-home whitening. Follow the instructions supplied by your dentist for the amount of gel, daily wear time and length of treatment.

Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are tooth-coloured ceramic alternatives to traditional amalgam fillings, designed for larger cavities or more significant tooth damage.

Inlay

A ceramic restoration fitted within a prepared area of the tooth. Your dentist can explain when an inlay may be suitable compared with a filling or crown.

Onlay

Similar to an inlay but extends over one or more of the tooth's cusps to replace a larger portion of damaged tooth structure.

Crowns

Our all-ceramic, metal-free crowns restore both the appearance and function of damaged teeth. They are recommended when a tooth is too damaged for a filling alone and can be used to:

Restore the appearance of a damaged or discoloured tooth.
Restore function following a tooth fracture.
Strengthen a tooth after root canal therapy.
Repair cracks and improve chewing ability.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic shells bonded to the front of teeth to change their appearance. Your dentist can assess whether veneers are suitable for concerns such as:

Chipped teeth.
Gaps between front teeth.
Discolouration.
The shape of individual teeth.

Choosing a cosmetic dental treatment

Start with the concern you want to discuss: colour, shape, position or a damaged tooth. Ask which options preserve healthy tooth structure and whether any oral health problems need attention first.

Whitening or veneers?

Teeth whitening changes the colour of natural teeth. It does not whiten existing crowns, veneers or white fillings, and can cause sensitivity or gum irritation. Veneers change the appearance of the front surface of a tooth. They are different treatments, with different care and replacement needs. What about tooth alignment?

Integrity Dental also offers Invisalign and orthodontic treatment. Ask your dentist whether alignment treatment is relevant to your concerns before deciding on cosmetic restorations.
