Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh ravioli (mushroom or cheese-filled)
  • 200g mixed mushrooms (button, shiitake, or cremini), sliced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  • Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Combine Ravioli and Sauce: Add the cooked ravioli to the pan with the mushrooms. Pour the browned butter over the ravioli and gently toss to combine, ensuring the ravioli is well coated with the sauce.
